Date Time integration

The Date Time package (Robomotion.DateTime, v0.2.0) adds 8 nodes to Robomotion flows, including Add Time, Format Time and Now.

It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux robots. For AI agents, 7 of its nodes work as tools, and its Toolkit node exposes 6 tools at once.

What the Date Time package does

Date time functions and conversions. Icons made by Vectors Market from Flaticon

Date and time manipulation package with 7 nodes: Now (get current time with configurable timezone offset and format layout), Add Time (add or subtract durations in milliseconds/seconds/minutes/hours/days/weeks/years), Format Time (convert between date/time formats including standard layouts like RFC3339, ANSIC, UnixDate and custom Go format strings), Convert Timezone (convert between any UTC offsets including custom fractional offsets like UTC+05:30), Time Span (calculate difference between two dates in milliseconds), Split Date (decompose a date/time into year, month, day, hour, minute, second, weekday, and year_day components), and Is Leap Year (check if a year is a leap year). All nodes support configurable format layouts. No authentication required.

Date Time nodes (8)

These are the node IDs an agentic flow or an RPA bot uses, exactly as they appear in the Flow Designer and in flow code. An agent tool node can also be called by an AI agent on its own. The Toolkit node hands an agent several of the package operations at once.

Platforms

The Date Time package runs on Windows, macOS and Linux robots. Any Robomotion robot on these operating systems can run a flow that uses it.

How to install the Date Time package

  1. Open Packages in the Robomotion Flow Designer.
  2. Search for Date Time or Robomotion.DateTime, then click Install on its card.
  3. The Date Time nodes appear in the node palette for everyone in the workspace, because installation is per workspace.

From a terminal, the Robomotion CLI installs the same package:

robomotion install Robomotion.DateTime

Templates that use Date Time

9 ready-made templates use Date Time nodes in their flows. Open one to start from a working flow.
