This "Privacy Policy" describes the privacy practices of Robomotion Corporation and our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "Robomotion", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with the robomotion.io website, our cloud and self-hosted platform, our desktop and mobile applications, the Robomotion Store, and any other website, product or service that we own or control and which posts or links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Service"), and the rights and choices available to individuals with respect to their information.
Our role — please read. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information for which we act as a controller: information about visitors to our websites, account holders, prospects, partners, event attendees, and job applicants.
When you use the Robomotion platform to build, run, or deploy robots, flows, or AI agents, those processes may capture, transmit, or transform data — including personal information — that belongs to you or your organization ("Customer Content"). With respect to Customer Content, Robomotion acts as a processor (service provider) on your behalf, and our handling of that data is governed by your agreement with us and any applicable data processing terms, not by this Privacy Policy. You (or your organization) are the controller of Customer Content and are responsible for its lawful collection and use.
We provide important information for individuals located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (collectively, "Europe") and for U.S. residents below.

Information you provide to us. Personal information you provide through the Service or otherwise includes:
Information we collect automatically. When you use the Service, we and our service providers automatically log information about your device and activity, including device and operating system type and version, device identifier, browser type, screen resolution, IP address, general location (such as city/region derived from IP), the page you visited before ours, and details of your activity on the Service (pages viewed, time spent, navigation paths, access times). This is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).
Information from social media and third parties. When you interact with our pages on platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, or Instagram, the platform's privacy policy applies to that interaction, and we may receive information you make available to us. We may also receive contact information from business and marketing partners and publicly available sources.
We do not intentionally collect "sensitive" or "special category" information (such as government IDs, health, biometric, or racial/ethnic data). Please do not submit such information to us except where specifically requested.
We use your personal information to:
We may create de-identified or aggregated data from personal information and use it for any lawful business purpose, without attempting to re-identify it.
We share personal information with the following categories of recipients:
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Some features of the Service use artificial intelligence. To provide them, we send the relevant inputs (such as your prompts, instructions, or content you submit to an AI feature) to trusted third-party AI providers — currently Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), OpenAI, and OpenRouter — which process that input to generate a response for you. These providers act as our service providers and process the data only to provide the feature.
We do not use Customer Content, prompts, or AI outputs to train, develop, or improve our own or any third party's artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, and our AI providers do not use this data to train their models, except as you specifically instruct or authorize.
We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. Where the Service offers automation or AI features that you configure and control, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law, including providing any required human oversight and disclosures.
Access or update your information. You may review and update certain personal information through your account settings, or by contacting us.
Opt out of marketing. Use the unsubscribe link in our emails, or contact privacy@robomotion.io. You may still receive service-related messages.
Cookies and tracking. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any consent tool we make available on our Sites. See the Cookie Policy. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, which lack a common standard.
If you are a U.S. resident, your state may give you privacy rights — such as the rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. These comprehensive state privacy laws (for example, in California, Colorado, and Delaware) generally apply only to businesses that meet revenue or data-volume thresholds (California's law, for instance, applies at $25 million in annual revenue or the data of 100,000+ consumers).
Regardless of whether these laws currently apply to us, we will consider and honor reasonable, verifiable requests to access or delete your personal information. To make a request, email privacy@robomotion.io. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
We employ organizational, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, consistent with our Information Security Policy. Our safeguards include authentication using the Secure Remote Password (SRP) protocol, so that your password is never transmitted to or stored by us; encryption of the credentials you store in our vault; and payment processing through a PCI-compliant provider (Stripe), so that we do not store full payment card numbers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Your personal information is primarily hosted in data centers within the European Union (in Germany and the Netherlands). Robomotion Corporation, the controller, is based in the United States, and we use service providers in the European Union, the United States, and other countries. As a result, your personal information may be accessed, transferred, stored, and processed in countries other than your own — including the United States — where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Where we transfer personal information from Europe to a country that has not received an adequacy decision (including the United States), we rely on appropriate safeguards, principally the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as incorporated into our agreements with service providers and our intra-group arrangements. You may contact us for more information about the safeguards we use.
The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We define "children" as anyone under 13 (outside Europe) or under 16 (in Europe), or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. If we learn we have collected a child's personal information without appropriate consent, we will delete it. Parents or guardians with concerns may contact us.
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and post the revised policy on the Service, and, where required by law, provide additional notice (such as by email). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
