Monday Morning Briefing
Runs on - click to open the live demo
What it does
Monday starts with a manager opening five systems in turn - CRM, mailbox, ERP, carrier, help desk - just to read one number from each and get a sense of the week's backlog. This robot visits all five, reads the single headline count from each, and writes a one-page briefing with a total, before anyone has had coffee.
It shows RPA's reach: a robot is not tied to one application, so a job that means five logins and five dashboards for a person becomes one report. Cheap to run every morning, and it means the standup starts from facts instead of a scramble.

See allBank Reconciliation
Reconcile the payments finance could not tie out: read the ERP's exceptions, then check each one against the real bank statement and label every discrepancy - missing payment, transposed amount, double payment or unapplied cash.
Bulk Shipment Tracking Sweep
Check ~200 shipment tracking numbers at once with 8 parallel workers pulling from a shared queue. Write a full status file plus an exceptions-only file for the customs holds, delays and failed deliveries.
CRM Duplicate Cleanup
Merge duplicate CRM contacts - the same person entered twice under name variants like Bob and Robert. Keep the primary, fold the variant in, repeat until none are left, then write a before-and-after report.
