What it does
CRMs rot quietly: the same customer gets entered as 'Bob' and 'Robert', sales logs a lead marketing already had, and soon the reports cannot be trusted. Cleaning it up by hand is nobody's favourite afternoon. This robot opens the CRM's duplicates view and merges each pair - keeping the primary record, folding the variant in - until none are left, then reports how many it merged.
