E-Invoice Portal Harvest

What it does
Tax and finance teams routinely have to pull every e-invoice for a period off a government portal for their records - opening each one, clearing a confirmation dialog and a "not a robot" box, and saving the XML and PDF, hundreds of times. This robot signs in with a one-time code, pages through the entire register, downloads both files for every invoice, and builds an index of everything it collected.
Portal harvesting is tedious, mistake-prone, and easy to fall behind on - and the government portal will never build you an export button. RPA drives the portal exactly as a person would, only tirelessly and completely, so nothing is missed before an audit.

See allTax Portal ERP Reconciliation
Reconcile the e-invoices a government tax portal received against the vendor bills booked in the ERP, and report the three ways they disagree: an amount that drifted, a portal-only invoice never booked, and a booked bill never filed.
Tax Portal Morning Board
Sweep every client mandate on a government tax portal into one status board. Switch the active company for each and read its unread notices, open penalties and looming deadlines - then sort the board worst-first for the accountant.
Bank Reconciliation
Reconcile the payments finance could not tie out: read the ERP's exceptions, then check each one against the real bank statement and label every discrepancy - missing payment, transposed amount, double payment or unapplied cash.
