Modèles d’automatisation Desktop Automation

The Windows Recorder's customer task run for every row of a CSV file, each typed value replaced by the row's field, with a Catch that logs a row the app will not take and goes on with the next.

One flow over three systems. Headless Chrome reads today's web orders from Acme ERP Web, the finance system is asked about each customer over Remote Desktop, and the orders with nothing overdue are entered into Acme ERP for Windows, line by line, with a report at the end.

A flow that signs in to Acme ERP (Java Edition), reads a customer's credit limit and the fasteners in the product table, works out how many boxes of each the limit covers, and writes the answer to a CSV file.

A flow that logs on to Acme ERP over Remote Desktop, reads the outstanding and overdue totals off the Invoices screen with OCR, each anchored to its label, and writes the overdue share to a CSV file.

A flow recorded on a good Remote Desktop session that logs on and updates a customer's email, phone and notes in Acme ERP, and still gets every value right on a slow session that loses keystrokes.

A flow that signs in to Acme ERP for Windows, waits for its orders grid, reads it with Get Table Data, exports the orders on hold through the Save As dialog, and closes the app answering its "Save changes?" question.

Renames every file in a directory by appending the current date to its name. A quick way to version artefacts, snapshots, or export batches.

Copies every file from a source directory into a destination, with optional overwrite. Demonstrates how to enumerate files and drive file-system operations from a subflow.

Scans a directory and deletes files whose size falls inside a min/max range. Useful for pruning oversized logs or clearing tiny scratch files.

Walks a directory, locates zero-byte files, and deletes them in a single pass. Handy for cleaning up broken export folders.

Drives the Windows Calculator through native UI automation to validate arithmetic. A concrete template for end-to-end GUI testing of desktop apps.

Launches the system file explorer pointed at a given path. Minimal template demonstrating the Application.Launch node.

Generates an HTML page for the current week and sends it to the default printer. Useful for team dashboards or physical planning boards.

Iterates a folder of documents and sends each one to the default printer. A compact recipe for automating bulk print jobs.

Starts a desktop application by executable path — the simplest form of process orchestration in Robomotion.

Opens Notepad and types a provided string into its editor window. Demonstrates how to pair Application.Launch with keyboard automation.

Opens a .pptx file, exports it to PDF, and saves it next to the original. Automates a common office pipeline end to end.
