Clinic Eligibility Morning Run

What it does
Before a clinic opens, someone has to confirm each of the day's patients still has active insurance - logging into the payer portal and running check after check, each one taking its own slow moment to come back. This robot fans the worklist out across nine browsers, runs every eligibility check at once, and flags the patients whose coverage has lapsed or will not apply so the front desk can call them before they arrive.
It is dull, time-sensitive, deadline-bound work - the perfect RPA candidate - and running the checks concurrently means the whole worklist clears in the time one manual check used to take. Catching a coverage problem at 8am instead of at the front desk saves a denied claim later.

Work a clinic's denied insurance claims, choosing a different action per denial code: fix-and-resubmit, write off, void a duplicate, or escalate to a human. Wait for the resubmissions to clear, then report every claim's real outcome.
Bank Reconciliation
Reconcile the payments finance could not tie out: read the ERP's exceptions, then check each one against the real bank statement and label every discrepancy - missing payment, transposed amount, double payment or unapplied cash.
Bulk Shipment Tracking Sweep
Check ~200 shipment tracking numbers at once with 8 parallel workers pulling from a shared queue. Write a full status file plus an exceptions-only file for the customs holds, delays and failed deliveries.
