Zendesk Support integration for managing tickets, users, and organizations. Provides nodes to create, get, update, delete, list, and search tickets; add comments to tickets; create, get, list, and search users; and list organizations. Authenticates via Zendesk subdomain, agent email, and API token, either through a shared Connect session or per-node credentials.

How to install the Zendesk package

1. Open Packages in the Robomotion Flow Designer.
2. Search for Zendesk or Robomotion.Zendesk, then click Install on its card.
3. The Zendesk nodes appear in the node palette for everyone in the workspace, because installation is per workspace.

From a terminal, the Robomotion CLI installs the same package:

robomotion install Robomotion.Zendesk
