Apollo integration

The Apollo package (Robomotion.Apollo, v1.1.0) adds 13 nodes to Robomotion flows, including Search People, Enrich Person and Create Contact.

It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux robots. For AI agents, 12 of its nodes work as tools, and its Toolkit node exposes 10 tools at once.

What the Apollo package does

Connect to Apollo.io to search, enrich, and manage contacts, accounts, organizations, and deals

Apollo.io integration for sales intelligence, prospecting, and CRM operations. Provides people search, contact/account management, organization enrichment, and deal management via the Apollo.io REST API. All nodes support two auth modes: a shared Connect session via client ID, or direct API key credentials per node.

Apollo nodes (13)

These are the node IDs an agentic flow or an RPA bot uses, exactly as they appear in the Flow Designer and in flow code. An agent tool node can also be called by an AI agent on its own. The Toolkit node hands an agent several of the package operations at once.

How to install the Apollo package

  1. Open Packages in the Robomotion Flow Designer.
  2. Search for Apollo or Robomotion.Apollo, then click Install on its card.
  3. The Apollo nodes appear in the node palette for everyone in the workspace, because installation is per workspace.
