WhatsApp integration

The WhatsApp package (Robomotion.WhatsApp, v0.17.0) adds 13 nodes to Robomotion flows, including Receive, Logout and Send Text.

It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux robots. For AI agents, its Toolkit node exposes the package operations at once.

What the WhatsApp package does

WhatsApp Personal integration via QR-code device linking (whatsmeow). Send and receive messages, media, and group content using a linked personal WhatsApp account. Unofficial - uses WhatsApp Web's multi-device protocol, counts against your phone's linked-device limit, and is subject to WhatsApp's terms of service.

WhatsApp nodes (13)

These are the node IDs an agentic flow or an RPA bot uses, exactly as they appear in the Flow Designer and in flow code. A trigger node has no input port and starts the flow when its event arrives. The Toolkit node hands an agent several of the package operations at once.

Platforms

The WhatsApp package runs on Windows, macOS and Linux robots. Any Robomotion robot on these operating systems can run a flow that uses it.

How to install the WhatsApp package

  1. Open Packages in the Robomotion Flow Designer.
  2. Search for WhatsApp or Robomotion.WhatsApp, then click Install on its card.
  3. The WhatsApp nodes appear in the node palette for everyone in the workspace, because installation is per workspace.

From a terminal, the Robomotion CLI installs the same package:

robomotion install Robomotion.WhatsApp
