Publishing integration

The Publishing package (Robomotion.Publishing, v0.2.0) adds 6 nodes to Robomotion flows, including Markdown To EPUB, Markdown To DOCX and HTML To PDF.

It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux robots. For AI agents, 5 of its nodes work as tools, and its Toolkit node exposes 5 tools at once.

What the Publishing package does

Turn Markdown and HTML into finished documents: EPUB e-books, Word files and print-ready PDFs, plus PDF checks and paperback cover sizes. Works offline.

Turns Markdown and HTML into finished documents, offline. Nodes: Markdown To EPUB (EPUB 3.3, validated with EPUBCheck), Markdown To DOCX (Word with named styles), HTML To PDF (headless Chrome with CSS paged media: trim + bleed, mirrored margins, running heads, page numbers, chapters on right-hand pages, page map; optional PDF/X-1a via Ghostscript), PDF Info (pages, sizes, fonts embedded, lowest image DPI) and Cover Wrap (spine and full-wrap cover sizes for KDP, IngramSpark, Lulu, generic). Toolkit exposes all of them to AI agents. No credentials.

Publishing nodes (6)

These are the node IDs an agentic flow or an RPA bot uses, exactly as they appear in the Flow Designer and in flow code. An agent tool node can also be called by an AI agent on its own. The Toolkit node hands an agent several of the package operations at once.

Platforms

The Publishing package runs on Windows, macOS and Linux robots. Any Robomotion robot on these operating systems can run a flow that uses it.

How to install the Publishing package

  1. Open Packages in the Robomotion Flow Designer.
  2. Search for Publishing or Robomotion.Publishing, then click Install on its card.
  3. The Publishing nodes appear in the node palette for everyone in the workspace, because installation is per workspace.

From a terminal, the Robomotion CLI installs the same package:

robomotion install Robomotion.Publishing
