Image Processing integration

The Image Processing package (Robomotion.ImageProcessing, v0.10.0) adds 18 nodes to Robomotion flows, including Add Text To Image, Blur Image and Composite Image.

It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux robots. For AI agents, its Toolkit node exposes the package operations at once.

What the Image Processing package does

Image processing is a method to convert an image into digital form and perform some operations on it.

ImageMagick-based image manipulation package providing 17 nodes for common image operations: format conversion, resize/scale/crop (manual and auto-detected region crop), rotation, blur (standard, adaptive, bilateral, gaussian), grayscale, color inversion, text overlay with font/color/alignment options, border enhancement via adaptive thresholding and morphology, PDF-to-image conversion with page range selection and configurable DPI (requires Ghostscript), masked compositing that leaves every pixel outside the mask identical to the base (Composite Image), padding to a size or an aspect ratio without scaling or cropping (Extend Canvas), small data-URL thumbnails under a byte budget (To Data URL), pixel color picking in multiple formats (RGB, RGBA, hex, HSV, number), and image metadata/EXIF/GPS extraction. No authentication required.

Image Processing nodes (18)

These are the node IDs an agentic flow or an RPA bot uses, exactly as they appear in the Flow Designer and in flow code. The Toolkit node hands an agent several of the package operations at once.

Platforms

The Image Processing package runs on Windows, macOS and Linux robots. Any Robomotion robot on these operating systems can run a flow that uses it.

How to install the Image Processing package

  1. Open Packages in the Robomotion Flow Designer.
  2. Search for Image Processing or Robomotion.ImageProcessing, then click Install on its card.
  3. The Image Processing nodes appear in the node palette for everyone in the workspace, because installation is per workspace.

From a terminal, the Robomotion CLI installs the same package:

robomotion install Robomotion.ImageProcessing
