Who this is for
If what you want is to hand an unfamiliar, one-off task to something clever and come back to a result, Manus is the better tool and building a flow for it would be wasted effort. Is Robomotion an autonomous agent like Manus?
Partly, and deliberately less so. Robomotion agents reason and call tools, but they operate inside processes you define, because the value in a business process is that it runs the same way every time. Manus optimises for the opposite and is better at open-ended work.
Why would I build a flow when I could just describe the task?
For a one-off, you should not, and Manus is quicker. Building pays back when the task recurs: you get the same output every run, a schedule, retries, and a record of what happened, none of which come free from re-reasoning the task each time.
Where do my credentials live?
In Robomotion they can stay entirely inside your network through the credential proxy with client-side encryption, including in fully air-gapped deployments. A hosted general agent needs the credential handed to it to use a system on your behalf.
Can Robomotion handle open-ended requests at all?
Yes, through AI agents with tools, and the Agent Hub has pre-built role agents for common jobs. But if your requirement is genuinely "work out how to do this thing I have never done", a general agent is a better fit and we would rather say so.
How does pricing differ?
