Connect to Perplexity AI for AI-powered search and chat completions with real-time web data

AI-powered search and chat completion package using Perplexity's Sonar models. Provides two main capabilities: (1) Chat Completion - generates AI responses grounded in real-time web search, supporting multi-turn conversations, multiple Sonar model tiers (Sonar, Sonar Pro, Sonar Reasoning Pro, Sonar Deep Research), academic search mode, domain/recency filtering, and image/related-question returns with citation tracking; (2) Search - performs web searches returning ranked results with titles, URLs, and snippets, with language, country, domain, and recency filters. Nodes can authenticate via a shared Connect/Disconnect session (client ID pattern) or per-node credentials. Auth via API key.

How to install the Perplexity package

1. Open Packages in the Robomotion Flow Designer.
2. Search for Perplexity or Robomotion.Perplexity, then click Install on its card.
3. The Perplexity nodes appear in the node palette for everyone in the workspace, because installation is per workspace.

From a terminal, the Robomotion CLI installs the same package:

robomotion install Robomotion.Perplexity
