JSON integration

The JSON package (Robomotion.JSON, v0.3.0) adds 12 nodes to Robomotion flows, including Clone, Create and Decode.

It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux robots. For AI agents, 11 of its nodes work as tools, and its Toolkit node exposes 4 tools at once.

What the JSON package does

Helper tool to manipulate JSON objects.

Utility package for manipulating JSON objects in flows. Provides nodes to create empty objects, get/set/delete values by dot-notation key paths (with optional dot escaping for literal dots), clone objects, extract all keys or values, encode objects to strings, decode strings to objects, and read/write JSON files from disk. No authentication required.

JSON nodes (12)

These are the node IDs an agentic flow or an RPA bot uses, exactly as they appear in the Flow Designer and in flow code. An agent tool node can also be called by an AI agent on its own. The Toolkit node hands an agent several of the package operations at once.

Platforms

The JSON package runs on Windows, macOS and Linux robots. Any Robomotion robot on these operating systems can run a flow that uses it.

How to install the JSON package

  1. Open Packages in the Robomotion Flow Designer.
  2. Search for JSON or Robomotion.JSON, then click Install on its card.
  3. The JSON nodes appear in the node palette for everyone in the workspace, because installation is per workspace.

From a terminal, the Robomotion CLI installs the same package:

robomotion install Robomotion.JSON
