Airtable integration

The Airtable package (Robomotion.Airtable, v0.7.0) adds 15 nodes to Robomotion flows, including List Bases, Get Base Schema and Create Record.

It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux robots. For AI agents, 14 of its nodes work as tools, and its Toolkit node exposes 10 tools at once.

What the Airtable package does

Connects to Airtable for CRUD operations on Airtable records. Supports listing bases, getting schema, bulk operations, comments, and formula-based search.

Airtable REST API integration for managing bases, tables, and records. Provides full CRUD operations on records (single and bulk up to 10), formula-based search with sorting, record comments, base listing, and schema introspection. Supports two auth modes: Connect/Disconnect node pair for session-based key management, or direct per-node API key credentials. All nodes accept either a Key ID from Connect or inline credentials.

Airtable nodes (15)

These are the node IDs an agentic flow or an RPA bot uses, exactly as they appear in the Flow Designer and in flow code. An agent tool node can also be called by an AI agent on its own. The Toolkit node hands an agent several of the package operations at once.

Platforms

The Airtable package runs on Windows, macOS and Linux robots. Any Robomotion robot on these operating systems can run a flow that uses it.

How to install the Airtable package

  1. Open Packages in the Robomotion Flow Designer.
  2. Search for Airtable or Robomotion.Airtable, then click Install on its card.
  3. The Airtable nodes appear in the node palette for everyone in the workspace, because installation is per workspace.
