Read on your own machines
Any computer running the Robomotion agent reads documents: a laptop, a server or a GPU box. Models download automatically and the machine picks the right profile for its hardware.
Private by default
Documents never leave your machines unless a project explicitly allows cloud models for hard pages. Set how long documents are kept, per project.
People check only what matters
Values below the confidence threshold, or failing a rule, go to the Validation Station. Everything else goes straight through to your flow.
Rules that catch confident mistakes
Line items that must add up to the total, dates that must be in order, patterns, ranges and custom formulas. A failing rule sends the document to review.
Measure, then train
Every check is a label. Measure precision and recall on a frozen test set, tune the threshold, and train a version tuned to your own documents.
Drafts and versions
Edit and try a draft safely. Publishing freezes a numbered version; robots use the live one until you make another live or roll back.
