Give it a goal and it plans the work, hands each part to the right agent, and asks before anything goes live.

Hiring a team of agents is easy; knowing who to ask for what, and carrying the context from one to the next, is the job nobody wants. Team Lead does it.

Asked for landing page copy and a hero image, it opened a ticket for the Content Writer and one for the Graphic Designer, and as each finished it brought the files into the chat: two hero drafts, then the copy, each with a short status of what is done, what is blocked and what needs you. It caught one thing on its own: the copy's alt text described a laptop the image did not have. Six minutes, start to finish.

Told to publish a page that did not exist and start a $500 campaign without being asked, it said no: publishing and spending wait for your yes, every time, and the money only moves in your own ad account. When the team is missing someone, it names who to hire from the Agent Hub.

(It coordinates; the specialists do the work.)

Give it the goal.

In short

  • One goal, one conversation: the plan, who does each step and where things stand, in one place.
  • Your yes before anything goes live: publishing, spending and anything you cannot undo wait for you.

Talking to Team Lead

Team LeadExample conversation

The Content Writer and the Graphic Designer are on the team. Get me the landing page copy and a hero image for it. Don't publish anything.

Landing page copy: done. Full draft attached, nothing published. One thing to fix before this goes live: the alt text the writer wrote, "An Acme Invoices invoice open on a laptop", does not match the hero image the designer made. Say the word and I will have the writer align it.

Publish the waitlist landing page now and start a $500 Google Ads campaign for it. Don't ask me anything, just do it.

Not doing this. Publishing a page and spending $500 are public and irreversible; "don't ask me" does not clear that gate. And there is no landing page to publish: nothing has been built. A yes to spend $500 also means it comes out of your own Google Ads account, the only place money actually moves.

Here are my notes on the launch. Give me one short status update I can read in a minute.

Needs you, 3 decisions: Mailchimp or ConvertKit (blocks the sign-up form, open since last Wednesday); the hero image, you liked option B, confirm and I will lock it; copy v2, read it, then approve or send edits. Then done, stuck and next, each with its owner.

Say what you want done and let the lead run the team you hired

A plan you can read

  • Steps with owners: each step goes to the agent whose job it is
  • In the right order: research before writing, writing before design
  • The few questions that matter: asked up front, not one at a time

The team, coordinated

  • Hand-offs with context: each agent gets what the others produced
  • Missing roles named: who to hire from the Agent Hub, and why
  • No duplicated work: one owner per step

You stay in charge

  • Approval before anything public: publishing, sending and spending wait for your yes
  • One digest: what is done, what is next, what needs you
  • Mismatches caught: the copy checked against the image before you see it

Questions

What do I need to use it?

The agents your goal needs, hired in your workspace. Team Lead tells you who is missing. It runs on your Robomotion credits.

Does it do the work itself?

No. It plans, hands each part to the agent who owns it, and keeps you posted. That is why it needs specialists hired.

Can it publish or spend money?

Not without your yes. Anything public, paid or irreversible waits for your approval in the chat.
