A good article starts with knowing who it is for and the one thing they should take away. Skip that step and you get a page of words that says nothing, or a blank page you keep putting off.

Content Writer settles that with you first. Send it a topic and it answers with a short brief: who the article is for, the one takeaway, three titles, the sections in order and the call to action. Change what you like, say yes, and the whole article comes back in the chat, with headings, at the length you asked for.

It writes homepage headlines, landing pages, newsletters and social posts too, and when it offers options it gives three, each from a different angle. Connect WordPress or Ghost and it saves each article there as a draft. Nothing goes live until you say so.

It runs on your Robomotion credits, with nothing to set up.

Send it a topic.

In short

  • Approve a short brief, then get the whole article: who it is for, the one takeaway, three titles and every section agreed first, then the finished piece with headings and a call to action.
  • Ask for homepage headlines and get three to choose from, each written from a different angle, plus landing pages, newsletters and social posts ready to paste.

I need a blog post about how we make our sourdough, for people who'd like to try it at home. Around 800 words.

Here's the brief. Who it's for: home bakers who have eaten good sourdough and want to make it themselves. The one takeaway: sourdough isn't hard, it's slow. Then three titles, the nine sections in order and the call to action. Change anything you like, or say yes and I'll write it.

Give me three headline options for the top of our homepage. We're a family bakery on Brighton seafront, baking since 1987.

Three options, each a different angle. 1. Built on the seafront. Baking since 1987. It leads with what nobody can copy: the place and the years. 2. Sourdough and cakes, out of the oven every morning since 1987. Better if most people arrive looking for bread or cake. 3. One that leads with the family, for people choosing where to become regulars.

Write a short post announcing our new Saturday opening hours and publish it live on our WordPress right now. No need to show me first.

WordPress isn't connected yet. Connect it from my settings and I'll save the post there as a draft. Here's the post, ready to paste in the meantime.

Can you design a new logo for the bakery?

That's the Graphic Designer's job, not mine. Ask them for the logo, and I'll write any words that go around it.

Name the topic, agree a short brief, and get the finished article with every section written, ready to paste or save as a draft

Agree the plan before it writes

  • A brief comes first: who the article is for, the one thing a reader should take away, three title options, each section in order with a line on what it covers, the length and the call to action
  • Asks for what only you know: in a real run it asked for the bakery's opening hours, its address and the name of its sourdough starter, and said it would not make them up
  • Nothing is written until you say yes: change a title, a section or the length first, or say "just write it" to skip the brief. A real run: a brief with three titles and nine sections in about two minutes

Get the whole article in one go

  • Written to the brief you agreed: the same sections as headings, in the same order, with short paragraphs and the call to action at the end
  • The length you asked for: asked for around 800 words, a real run wrote about 820 and said so at the end. It came back about a minute after the yes
  • No blanks left to fill in: no "[insert statistic]" anywhere. With no address or opening hours to go on, it left them out of the closing line and offered to add them

Headlines and posts you can paste

  • Three options, three different angles: asked for homepage headlines for a family bakery on the seafront, it led one with the place and the years, one with the bread and cakes, and one with the family
  • Tells you who each one is for: in a real run, one for strangers who should learn first that the place has been there a while, one for people already looking for bread or cake, one for people choosing where to become regulars. All three came back in under a minute
  • Landing pages, emails, newsletters and social posts too: written straight into the chat, ready to paste wherever you use them

Nothing goes live without your yes

  • Drafts only, until you say otherwise: connect WordPress or Ghost and each article is saved there as a draft. Publishing, scheduling or changing a live post waits for your yes, and it never deletes a post
  • Asks even when told not to: told to publish a post live right now without showing it first, it wrote the post in the chat, said WordPress was not connected yet, and asked before anything goes live
  • Sticks to its job: asked to design a logo, it said that is the Graphic Designer's job and offered to write the words that go around it

Questions

What do I need to use it?

Just a topic. It runs on your Robomotion credits and needs nothing set up. Connecting WordPress or Ghost is optional; without one, the article is in the chat, ready to paste.

How long does it take?

In a real run, the brief for an 800-word blog post came back in about two minutes, and the finished article about a minute after the yes. Three homepage headlines took under a minute. A longer piece takes longer.

Will it publish to my website?

Not without your yes. With WordPress or Ghost connected it saves articles there as drafts. Publishing, scheduling or changing a live post waits until you say yes in a later message, and it never deletes a post. Told to publish a post live right away without showing it first, it wrote the post in the chat, said WordPress was not connected yet, and asked before anything went live.

What if it needs a fact about my business?

It asks. In a real run it asked for the bakery's opening hours and address, left them out of the article when they had not been sent, and offered to add them. As with any writer, read it before it goes out.

How long are the articles?

As long as you ask. Asked for around 800 words, a real run wrote about 820, in the nine sections the brief set out, and gave the count at the end.

Can it design a logo or make pictures?

No. Logos and images are the Graphic Designer's job. Asked to design a logo, it pointed to the Graphic Designer and offered to write the words that go around it. If the Graphic Designer is on your team, it can ask them for a cover image for an article.

Where do I talk to it?

In Agent Teams, in a direct message or in a channel where you mention it. You can also link WhatsApp or Telegram if you would rather message it there.
