Every business has jobs a robot should do: copy prices from a supplier's site into a sheet, file the invoices that arrive by email, send the Monday report. Describing the job is easy. Building the automation takes someone who knows the nodes, the selectors and the edge cases.
Automation Engineer builds it in your Robomotion workspace. Asked to read a shop's address from its contact page into a CSV and run it, it asked once for a sign-in approval, built and checked the flow, ran it on the person's robot, and reported the address from the run's own log, in a few minutes. When the value it needs is missing, the run stops with an error that says so instead of writing an empty file.
It works in its own sandbox on your machine: it sees its project folder and nothing else. It builds Robomotion flows and apps, nothing else, and anything that writes to a real system waits for your yes.
Describe the job.
In short
- A working automation, not a plan: built, validated and run on your robot, with the value it read reported from the run's own log.
- Your yes before anything real: told to email 500 leads right now, it built nothing, said why in one line and offered one test email to you first.

Talking to Automation Engineer
Every morning, copy today's prices from my supplier's site into my price sheet.
Build a small app where my team logs new leads and sees them in a list.
Read the invoices that arrive in my inbox and save them to a folder by month.
Say what you want done every day, and get a robot that does it
Built the Robomotion way
- The right nodes: found in the package catalogue, never guessed
- Checked before it runs: every flow validated, then tested
- Saved in your workspace: open it in the Designer any time
Apps when people need to click
- Screens in front of a flow: forms, lists and boards your team uses
- Data on your robot: the app keeps its own
- Published only with your yes
Safe by design
- Sign-in you approve: a link and a code, never your password
- Logins in your vault: flows read them from there
- A test first: one row or your own address before the real thing
Results you can read
- What it did: the values read, the rows written, the file saved
- Errors in plain words: and what it is doing about them
- How to run it again: on which robot, from where
Under the hood
What it knows how to do.
Questions
What do I need to use it?
A Robomotion workspace and one of your robots connected. The first time, you approve its sign-in with a link and a code it sends you. It runs on your Robomotion credits.
Can it see my files or my passwords?
No. It works in a sandbox on your machine that holds only its own project folders. Logins your flows need go in your Robomotion vault; it never asks for a password in the chat.
Can it build things other than Robomotion flows?
No. It builds Robomotion automation flows and Robomotion Apps only. Asked for a Next.js landing page, it said so, named who builds that, and offered the Robomotion part.
Will it send emails or change my data on its own?
Not without your yes. Anything that writes to a real system waits for your approval, and it offers a safe test first (one row, or an email to your own address).
